This is a poem I wrote to tell us about Nick and how he feels about
Natalie. You know the drill so everyone sing along. "I do not own
Forever Knight nor any of the characters in it." There, now wasn't
that fun? As always, questions and comments gleefully answered.
Feedback needed like moonlit pools of blood to a dying vampire. Sweet
dreams kiddies.

                 Dream Lover (01/01)


I love you for those imperfections that you hide from the world.
        
My wealth of tears is depleted by your touch.

Your eyes are the only stars in my universe.
        
No chestnut is darker than that curly mane upon your head.
                        
                      Your mouth is warm,

Like the ocean that caresses my skin in the darkness.

                Your arms wrap me in a circle of life,

That thing which is given you so freely yet to me denied.

               No one in this world is perfect.

               Reality is a dream we all share.

               So you are an illusion,

               For the happiness you bring can not possibly

               Exist without you here.
